Healthy Minds, Healthy Me Program Launch!

Overwhelmed? Me too. There’s a lot going on right now.

We are all short on time, but we can all use some extra support and care – and that’s the purpose of Healthy Minds, Healthy Me.

Here’s what to know:

  1. We’ve launched Healthy Minds, Healthy Me in response to our PTA’s mental well-being survey to help support the mental wellness of our school community.
  2. Each week we will share meaningful resources to support mental wellness.
  3. To kick-off our Healthy Minds, Healthy Me program, Ms. Diaz and Ms. Poirier (our school counselors) created a brief video (20 mins) that walks through exactly how SJLES supports the mental well-being of our kids – and how our families can leverage the same strategies at home. Check it out here! or below
  4. For the full scoop on the Healthy Minds, Healthy Me program, including resources to support your family, visit the SJLES PTA Facebook page and SJLES PTA website

The goal of our SJLES Healthy Minds, Healthy Me program is to connect our families to meaningful resources that help build the mental well-being of our kids and community, one step at a time. This week the focus is on an introduction to mental well-being, creating an action plan with your family, and resources to get help now.
